Not happy with absa service

I was previously under debt review, but I paid everything and got my debt clearance certificate in 2018, same year I bought a car through absa finance and I'm still paying that loan, recently I app**** for a home loan, then absa said they can't finance me because I'm under debt review, I called absa loan division and explained to them that I've got a debt clearance certificate, the gentleman put me through to another department and the person who was helping me confirmed that I'm not under debt review and he doesn't understand why they can't give me the loan because they recently financed my car, I even checked my credit score with Transunion and Experian Credit Bureaus and I have a very good credit score
