Not happy

I am not happy with absa the app is one of the best but friday my app was locked due to unpaid fees so is my daughters app i try to de register not working so i blocked my app i did go to the branch to unlocked it and it work perfectly so this morning again the app locked due to unpaid fees this is nonsence i am staying out of town and cannot go every time in to the bank to unlock the app this is not working for me
