Not good

Not nice my app was blocked i went to branch yesterday to get it fixed so they help me this morning my app was locked due to unpaid fees i am waiting for money to be paid into my account and have payments to make if money comes in i cannot go everyday to the branch i tried my cellphone banking also dont work even my internet banking dont work i tried everthing to fix it nothing works now i must drove again 15 km to get to the branch to get it fixed why do i have a banking app or cell phone banking if nothing is working this is not nice
