not getting my money back,

ABSA is a trash bank, especially when you want your money back, i mistakenly deposited money into the AVAF account, I've been back and forth requesting my money back and sent all the necessary document proofing that the money was sent to them, i am still not getting any help. I am honestly closing all my accounts with them; even in December, they debited twice, and they never returned my money for the charges even today.
