Not getting anywhere with the claim

<p>I have been in an accident the 23rd of March and still has the 3rd party not been helped. After numerous phone calls and empty promises of phoning back we are not getting anywhere. The guy keeps on phoning us that he doesn't want to be help and that is unacceptable as I gave my go ahead arly June already. GET THIS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
