Not following your own mandate

I’m informed that my debit order did not go through when there’s money in the account and asked AGAIN to make arrangements to pay the instalment. I had the same issue in December 2023 where debit order did not go through when there was also money in the account and was completely inconvenienced starting my new year in Jan as a had to make extra unplanned payments due to ABSA’s incompetency and inability to track and collect payments when they are due. I further more went into the Braamfontein branch to sort out the issue and arranged that when my payday falls on the weekend that they debit the Friday before, I was told the request/arrangement was in place, it is really frustrating to get a text this morning notifying me that the debit order did not go through when I went out of my way to help ABSA sort out their incompetence.
