Not even ABSA Actionline responded to my e-mails

On 9 April 2015 I went to ABSA Glenfair and saw a financial adviser by the name of Desmond van Zyl. I wanted to apply for my bond account to be on my name only (name transfer), as according to the divorce settlement the property belongs to me. I completed the necessary forms and e-mailed the rest of the requirements to Mr van Zyl on 13 April 2015. Mr van Zyl also drew a quote for life insurance for my bond account. A nurse came to my work to draw blood. After that I received a sms that ABSA will contact me for outstanding requirements for the policy but up to today I haven't heard from them again. I had to send numerous e-mails and make follow-up calls to Mr van Zyl for feedback. (he mostly didn't reply on my e-mails).On 28 May 2015 only, I was informed that my application was declined. I rep**** and asked WHY, as the bond has always been going off my account and they must remember that the new bond will replace the old one. I received no reply. I sent e-mails complaining, to ABSA Actionline and [URL Removed] on 10, 15, 18 June 2015, but still have not received a response!! My current ABSA Savings account was opened in 1993, 22 years ago, but I am now considering moving my accounts.
