Not emailing my Bond Statements

I phoned Absa Homeloans numerously and requested them to sent me the statements of my paid up Bond. They sended me some report called \Absa Bank eyeline report"which they emailed me and called it a statement which it is not. The reports also did not covered all the payments we have done whereby I called them and explained it.<br> <br> I requested them more than 3 weeks back for statements of our paid up Bond then they send reports not even all of it and the reports is not explaining clearly about payments and deductions etc. <br> I requested also that someone must call me to explain why it is taking so long and why i only receive some of the reports .<br> <br> I do not want reports but the statements which will explained in detail about the payments and deductions etc.<br> <br> Service is really poor .<br> <br> Please Assisit.<br> """
