NOT CHANGING DEBIT DATES FOR OVER 3 MONTHS OF ASKING

Been asking absa for over 3 months to change my debit orders to a later date still hasn't been done, 1 debit didn't go off because of there mistake. now im being hassled every day by msgs and phone calls when i am going to fix there mistake knowing very well i cant. i am appalled being a premium member then being blamed for there mistakes and now i have to sit with all these issues. they are very fast to want to take your money even when it is clearly there mistake but takes days to even get proper help and still have to run after them to keep making sure they do there job.
