I app**** for a personal loan on your banking app on 19 Sept 2022 via the banking app. And no one got back to me, I have been calling since Friday last week. I was told to wait 3 days, Today I called again and some rude lady who put me on hold for more than 10 mins told me she can't open the documents, then she changed her story and said I haven't sent the correct documents. I want a senior manager to call me and fix this mess. I hold for over 30 minutes every time I call. This lady did not even want to help because she was busy with her friends.
