Not Allowing me register a claim
<p>I had an accident on the 6 October 2016 around 20h30. Every time I phone to register the claim they tells that the people who register claims are busy but they will forwad my details and they will call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up until today no one has ever called me back and today hi phoned in again and the person I spoke to looked like he was helping me but he dropped my call while we were still talking and I had to start afresh I called and I was sent from this person to that one until ibran out of airtime. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am sitting with a situation where I have not registered the claim after two weeks of the accident.</p>
After posting my complaint here, someone from absa idirect phoned me, but until today the claim has never been finalised. They are claiming that called me yesterday and failed to get hold of me.
When I called them today to find out what is going on that told me that the person busy with the claim will call me during the course of this week.
I'm short, I have not found not yet.
