Not allow anyone to purchase a vehicle privately
I roadworthy and all point checked a vehicle at DEKRA Westgate. ABSA will not entertain a finance application unless you go through an \approved dealer\" who will charge an additional R5500.00 for the service in spite of the fact that I am a \"private bank client\" They will lose a client of 30 years!"
