Not adhering to popi act and no paidup letter

For 3weeks ive called emailed been shunt from pillar to post to get a paidup letter for my creditcard. I have how ever received 2 other peoplea letters. Clearly this company doea not adhere to the popi act. Unbelievable that trying for a paidup letter is soooooo difficult for them but ao easy sharing your info with other people
