NOT ABSA AGAIN!!!

Today I received a call from a lady called who a lady from personal loans department.The lady claimed that my loan account is in areas and I missed a December instalment. Av spent the whole night going through my Capitec statement and to my surprise I haven’t missed any payment. On the 31 Oct 2025 money left my account,01 Dec 2025 money left my account,31 December I was also debited. I was debit twice in December yet they claim I missed a December payment. 02 Feb I was debit and lastly 27 Feb I was debit again. The biggest question I have is that how is it possible that a person misses her December payment but only be called at March? Does this even make sense? The whole 3 months you people did not realise that I have missed a payment? A big bank like Absa only picks up a missed instalment in march after a whole 3 months? Come on people this is not acceptable, now am being told that I have to pay 2000 for being behind. Yet my statements shows very well that I did not miss any payments. Can this be resolved asap by people who knows how to check payments and numbers because clearly the lady who called me today doesn't know what she’s talking about. This is honestly not acceptable.I am more than happy to provide my statements to prove all debited amount but please resolve this asap.
