not able to see clients

I was at 09H55 today told at ABSA to come back Monday to busdy to help me, I'm a client of ABSA for many years and I needed to see a consultant, that is why I went today not possible to do it in the week, if it was 5 min before closing time, but really, not even 10:00 in the morning clients need to go without help
