Nonsense bank with poor record keeping

Nonsense bank ruining my credit record. They keep handing over my old closed, paid off account to different debt collectors. I had an account with absa which I eventually closed because of the ridiculous bank charges and little to no interest on savings accounts. I closed the account and they handed it over to Blakes Maphanga incorporated I contacted blakes Maphanga and I was told to settle a certain amount which I settled in April 2019 and sent proof of payment to them....now its April 2021 I get a notification that my account has been handed over to a Macrobert attorneys like *** I closed and paid off this account years ago.

Please stop handing my details to your attorneys for no reason...and sort out your record keeping
