Nonsense
<p>ABSA is just a **** BANK using my airtime to call cause cant use my internet or cellphone banking.</p> <p>only to find out that they askk me security questions that have never fill up when applying for my current acount with them. they tell me to go to a branch not considering the bad services at the branches. long lines and you find only 2 or 3 consulted to attend you.</p> <p>i asked the call center consulted who loaded questions like my next of kin, the consulted had to denie when i told her my current employee that has been for 5 years. where the hell they get the data they captured on my profile about me?</p>

hence we have this application is avoiding going to your so called branch and skip work. the serviceat all your branches is bad worse. i'll get my bank card and close this account. in futher update your customer data never use old information. what really makes me mad is that my old time account with ABSA i did not have a phone. my question still stands why the hell did you get the answers to the questions you asked. i have to straggle to get my own money.
