nonexistent credits card billed

i was called by absa some months back to apply for credit card which i did , i phoned them and told them to cancel the application i ws told i will be charged R135 admin , i asked why and i was told cause i accepted .i them went to midrand to collect the card by force ,on collection i was told to submit some documents which i did but they never verified them so i ended up not taking their card . after all i did not want the credit card. now am receiving statement from absa of the card which i never qualified to receive, i dont even know what colour is their cards cause i have no account with them . this is called day light *******, i never signed anything or taken anything form them but i have to pay them monthly admin. this is ******** no wonder why few people have absa accounts
