Non working system,
I had a outstanding payment on my card which is now sorted but I keep getting calls, also got a SMS which I rep**** to as per the SMS and then got a Email, tried calling into the call center who now tells me they cant access my profile cause I cant verify my address which I have no clue what they have on the system and I should go into the bank to update my address. What a total nightmare just to get absa to stop spamming me, i mean surley your system should have a follow up verification I mean I am not trying to with draw money or change a pin I just need you to stop spamming me. seems simple enough.
Please can someone get this updated asap.
