Non responsive
Have been calling the ***** line nonstop, with no response after talking to the consultant. Have been sending emails with no response at all to the ***** line and the action line. When visiting the branch they just tel you that you must call the same line you have been calling 100 times. Its been 3 months to settle a ***** case. When they need to help you, they simply do not respond.
