Non responsive absa

I have tried on numerous occasions to get a settlement amount for my vehicle which was financed through Absa.

I have not received a single invoice via email since signing up with them in 2013. I did follow the prompts via their generic operator system and it says it will send me an email however no email received.

I tried numerous times to get through to an operator but nothing.i don't have any other information regarding my vehicle finance and would like to get this resolved asap as I'm looking to purchase a new vehicle.
