Non response to urgent query on facebook messenger

i have sent numerous inboxes - get a stupid illiterate response -the opposite of what i have asked. PLease employ better people on your facebook page. I expect my query answered to otherwise I have no problem escalating absas inefficiencies. I will be closing my account at the end of the year as I cannot handle such poor service.
