Non Response of Absa busuiness accounting

I am dismayed at Absa's not response to my emails or calls. I have never had this since Trustbank days. Please regard my efforts as valuable and not just as hassels. I am at the brink of changing all my bank accounts even if I dont know where to or the risk evolved. Please call me and dont just send an email.
