Non respons - Internet Banking

<p>The fee for internet bank is charged like clock work! No mistakes here! I reported that your authorisation module (Tax & Regulartory) failed to pay SARS although I authorized the transactions via my online internet connection. Your system removes them once you authorize the transaction, so they disapper from your tick box and my approval is done. My transaction were within the non penalty time frames of SARS. The first transaction was for UIF done on the 6th October 2016. The second transaction was done on the 25th October 2016 for VAT. Both these transaction failed to be paid over to SARS. I contacted ABSA and went through a whole validation process, mind you three times! I was told I do not get a REF No. but Riesaat will inform me why these transactions did not go through. The time frame given was 24hrs. Please note that your 24hrs have expired. Today I was told to do the payments manually which I did. There is a penalty due and ABSA needs to give me an explanation on how these payment did not go through like they alway did. The penalties are to be sorted by ABSA. I get the feeling that ABSA is going to ignore this matter. I will not!!!</p>
