Non Payment ATM

Hi,<br> <br> I tried to withdraw R 200.00 out of my Nedbank account on 05/11/15 from an Absa Cash express Atm at the petrol station in Linbro Park (Terminal No. ABS123ED) As the machine was dispensing, the power went off and I never received the money but it was deducted from my account. I contacted ATM Express immediately and received a ***. As advised, I reported it the following day at Nedbank Greenstone and was told that the query could take up to 7 days. To date, I'm battling to get any feedback from my branch who is obviously battling to get feedback from ABSA Atm Express.
