Non-exsistent service from ABSA
Good day. There has been no service from ABSA, or in particular ABSA Vehicle finance on my request for a sale agreement.
I sent my first request on the 16th January 2019, and immediately got an automated reply. Not helpful as still today, on the 23rd January 2019, I have snot received any replies. This after daily requests since the 16th.
It seems that if you need to borrow money, or buy a car, ABSA is very quick to reply. However asking for a service from ABSA afterwards is a huge dissapointment.
Is someone still working on the email address - **********

Thank you for the letter to confirm my complaint ref: ********** .
It does however not solve my problem as we are on the 27th January, tomorrow the 28th when I might get a reply on this email but still nothing on my request.
Still no help from ABSA.
