Non-existing service from Absa Rayton Branch

If I had the choice of zero stars for rating, that would be it as their service is non existing. After applying for a STUDENT loan for my daughter. We were informed that her PERSONAL loan was declined!!!! Their personnel has NO intention to do the work they are paid for!!!! After complaining on their website for the poor service we received after we were informed by their personnel at 10:30 on a Saturday morning that they cannot assist us as she is leaving at 11:00. This due to the fact that she refused to accept the bank statements her boyfriend provided and insisted she needs the payslips although on their list, of documention it stated either or, they went to fetch the salary slips. Absa doesn't even bother to come back with answers!!!!!
