<p>I have been trying to close a paid-up and settled revolving loan for the past month. After visiting the Clearwater Mall branch paying the closing fees, countless phonecalls to the branch I am still struggling to close the account. How can one institution be this ***********. Now the account is accruing fees which i refuse to pay!!!!!!!</p>
