NON-EXISTING CLIENT SERVICE FROM ABSA!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

ABSA's customer service is non-existing!!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CLIENT SERVICE!!! I am waiting for more than a week now for a consultant to get back to me to resolve a query regarding my home loan debit order amount. I spoke to the home loan department on 11 April 2023 and advised them of my query. The person I spoke to said I must send an email with my mortgage agreement and they will get back to me. It is now more than a week later and I have sent over 5 emails to *** and ABSA's complaint department - and still nobody from ABSA bothered to contact me to have the query answered and resolved. I only get auto replies that a consultant will contact me BUT STILL NOTHING!! This is a very bad start to my business relationship with ABSA. One would think that a big bank like ABSA will respond and resolve their client's queries and that they will have trained personnel that will resolve your queries when you phone them????. I also tried to phone all the ABSA numbers again last week which are provided in my agreement - but can't get through to any numbers!!!! ABSA will not get any of my business going forward!!! PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE!!! If I'm your client and you want my money then you better give me the service I require!!!
