Non existent service

I have been trying to get ABSA Stockbrokers to respond to a request since the beginning of last week. I have sent 3 emails & yet to get a response. For a company that advertises that they are committed to giving exceptional service I believe this is bad. I have potentially lost thousands in trading profits due to their inaction.
