NON EXISTENT SERVICE

It normally take more than 7 days to open an additional account for an existing customer. It normally take more than 7 days for internal account transfers to be processed? It normally take more than 1(ONE) month to receive any response to emails or calls for private banking clients on the highest package? No one reads the email queries sent but you always receive an AUTOMATED response saying that your query will be resolved but with no response is EVER received. I am an existing client for 22 years, service has deteriorated to such a level that it is non existent. I bank electronically. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. I rated them a 1 star actually it should be 0(ZERO).
