Non existent customer service from ABSA

<p>I have been trying to get hold of a banker from ABSA Brooklyn for more than a month. I left messages for the banker on numerous occasions to return my call but to no avail. Also I requested the branch manager to contact me, which turned out to be a futile exercise. My issue is about a revolving loan's intrest rate which is ludicrously high, and I received better offers from competing banks, but would prefer to stay with ABSA given they can be competitive and reachable.<br /> <br />Seems ABSA is not Today, Tomorrow or ever!</p>
