Non existent customer service
Absa has no business ethics! Beware of banking with them. Money was erroneously paid into my account that has been CLOSED SINCE 2016 and now Absa says the money is missing. I've been waiting since 1 November for my refund. Pathetic customer service. Case reference CCM***9
