Non existent Customer care

I sent various emails to get my property to be issued with a consent to be used as a lodge Mtonga Mazibuko responded asking for ID and account details. I provided her with the information. A few weeks later she asked for the same details . I provided her with the details. Then she never botheredto respond to my numerpus emails asking for assistance. I rate Absa as the worst , coming to customer care. Once you are a client, you are just a number.
