NON Existent Business and Private Banking.....

So I am a so called Private Banking client, being charged for absolutely disgusting service. I never need to call for anything if I can do it myself. On 17/03/2022, needed a 6 months bank statement. Absa has the worst internet banking in the world. I can only get ONLY 3 months at most online. I tried unsuccessfully to get this. The business banker Vangile Ndlovu from Greenstone Branch and her Manager are a sorry excuse of employees. My Private Banker Ayesha Mohomed would also rather sms that get any involved.. So if you are looking for frustration, disgust and excuses rather than customer service, I would suggest that you bank with this bank. Im already moving my banking to another bank!
