Non authorised debit orders

I have noticed there are unauthorised debit order being debited from my account. BOSSRWDS are being debited without any authorisation given from me ! How is it possible for a bank to give away money to companies from their clients which I don't even know of? Somehow banks need to stop this from happening. And if I want to reverse the debit order, Absa charge me with a admin fee, which is also unfair, because they are the people who need to prevent stuff like this from happening.
