Non assistance on Bond Issues and Need Contact Details

Good Day,

I'll like to obtain the contact details of who in the home loans to send a formal letter complaint of Developer who built a Manhole in my property without my approval. I spoke to Durlen Coetzee who said that i can only complaint at NHBRC which i find it unacceptable the Bank does not take this breach seriously. The Bank needs to note that this is an investment by me and plans signed by me indicated such Manhole. My litigation will be against the Developer to remove this out of my Property before any payment can be made and we'll be copying the Bank and Transferring Attorneys (Walker Attorneys) and Absa Bond Attorneys (LVP Attorneys).
