Non allocation of Rebates on vehicle finance shortfall

Goodday

Please take note that I sold my car through ABSA Fast buy online process with the condition that says because the car was not in arrears, ABSA will be covering 40% of shortfall. To my surprise the car has been sold but 40% rebates is not been allocated to my account according to recent statement. Can someone intervene please. Vehicle account No:***0
