NOMSA BINDA - You are a Star!
This compliment is more for a specific employee. Nomsa Binda at the ABSA Flora Centre branch is absolutely exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for this lady and Customer Service is obviously her main priority. After having had a terrible day yesterday in resolving various issues with my father's account, she assisted calmly and very efficiently, going more than the extra mile. ABSA HR - You got it right in employing this lady. Maybe she should train all other ABSA staff members as well, she knows how to do it!
