No Word from ABSA life

I am really not happy with ABSA, I submitted my claim on 27th May 2020 and I haven't heard from ABSA since. I work in a guest house and my employer had to close the business because of covid 19 and I temporarily lost my income from 1st of May Gid knows until when. I contacted absa and I was told I qualify to claim from insurance. I went to the branch and filled in the forms, submitted documents required on the 27th of May 2020. I'm always on the phone trying to follow up but no answer. I am really frustrated and depressed about this issue. I'll Im ask is for someone to at least get back to me.
