No Western Union service available by ABSA

<p>This is day 3 and I still can’t make a Western Union payment. I’m using ABSA’s online service (internet banking).</p> <p>I’ve made a W/U payment a few months ago, without any hassles.</p> <p>I’ve exhausted all possible options. I went to my branch, I phoned the call center, contacted ALL the available email addresses on ABSA’s website, even the office of Maria Ramos.</p> <p>This was an urgent payment and nobody was capable or willing to assist me @ ABSA.</p> <p>I ended up doing a PayPal payment. PayPal bank charges cost me 10 x more, than what I would have paid, using Western Union.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish my BANK CHARGES would also take a Christmas holiday as the case with ABSA's client service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe a good time to change banks!</p>
