No value for money

They refused to represent me on a labour issue citing it doesn't fall within their mandate. Instead they offer to refer me to other lawyers/attorneys or whatever they call them, and I'm still going to pay. So what am I actually paying them monthly for?? To refer me? They are just prejudiced. I have asked them for my money back but they always talk me out of it. So now I want all the premiums I have paid since the inception of this insurance, or whatever it is. I want all of it not a cent less.
