No value for clients

I requested a personal loan from Absa and all they are willing to give me is a personal for less than my monthly salary??? I have been with Absa for years and my credit rating is in one of the top tears and they give me a personal loan of less than my monthly salary?? Your system is broken. I am done with Absa.
