No update on ITC and no help

<p>I received a paidup letter on my loan account that was paid up in 2015 already</p> <p> </p> <p>I request numerous times for this before the issue was explained to me last week is that absa had to pay me 500 into my account for the letter to be send</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked Absa to update ITC that I already paid the full ammount in 2015 they refused to provide me this proof and gave me a number to call that is never anwsered</p> <p> </p> <p>***</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist to resolve this issue</p>
