No title deed 5 months after I paid for it

I approached ABSA to cancel my bond and hand back the original title deed as my bond was already fully paid for a year and I wanted to sell my house. ABSA chose Gunstones attorneys and I could not choose my own. The attorneys received the money on 16 Nov 2016 but they did nothing until I phoned them in Des and spoke to Maggie. After a few months I phoned again and they promised that I will receive it end of March. Now more than 5 months and no result. I am tired of their non responsive attitude and no service. I hold ABSA responsible because they got this bad attorney to do the job. I got a good offer for my house but the buyer doesn't want to wait and now I want to know who I have to sue for the loss. I will start by closing my ABSA credit card tomorrow and so ABSA might lose their customers because customers lose with ABSA. Some more action will follow so thank you ABSA for your pathetic service with your worthless attorneys.
