No Title deed

I paid Absa's nominated bond cancellation attorneys ( Couzyns) fees of R2854 only for them to use the Post office to send me the original title deed. That was sent on the 11th December only for it to be still sitting in the Witspos sorting hub (probably lost) . I wouldn't even have known it was posted to me unless I followed up. Flipping pay R2854 and they cant even use a courier- useless. Now im holding up the sale of the property because I cant produce an original title deed. What am I supposed to do now??<br> ( Bond no *** )
