no time for nothing but chasing absa or telkom

if its not absa its Telkom between the two of them so much time wasted ???? went to absa today my old cellphone doesn't have coverage anymore asked them to update to my new cellphone guess what??? Still don't work I don't know how many times I have been backwards and forwards to this branch wasting my time when everytime I get home I still have problems !!!!
