No tellers catering for pensioners

Good day<br> <br> Today (8 January 2016) my parents had to go to a bank in Ermelo to transfer money for a vehicle they purchased. First of all it is very hot for anyone. They got to the bank, and only 2 tellers are available. The bank is packed, and the smell is very bad...which makes one wonder if the aircons are working efficiently. My parent are pensioners, and had to stand for over an hour to get assistance. When I contacted the branch, the lady told me over the phone, there's nothing they can do, and they have people off sick. Ok, fine...I can go with that. Then she tells me they dont cater or give preference to pensioners or elderly people. I think this is very bad for ABSA. It's the elderly that have been supporting ABSA for years!!! I really think this should be taken serious. I would like ABSA to come back with an explination on this.
