No Tax Certificate from Absa

Why can one not get a Tax Certificate out of Absa Business Banking. Firstly, why is it not available on Internet Banking (only available for the primary account). Two branches (Randburg and Cresta) and five phone calls later and only one tax certificate for the wrong year :( The Business Banking call center will never hear from me again with their ridiculous security questions on when you opened which account. Who remembers that??
