No Storm Cover

After recent storms my roof started to leak, I contacted Absa Building Insurance and they send out an assessor, after about a week I had to call back to find out what is happening with the claim. They then said it was crack and that it was probably because of corrosion and that it isn't covered, but fall under maintenance. Really nice reply since this started right after a big storm... anyway. Looking at all the other reviews for them, it might be just better to fix it myself.
